In the third video from Day 1, Professor Galvao teaches you guard recovery concepts to ensure your guard playing is on-point so that you can finish the sweep more effectively and start crushing your opponents from the top (Hint: there'll be a lot of pressure and crushing in Day 2!)
You'll also see all the variations and other opportunities for other sweeps/attacks that open up when you start to sweep from the butterfly guard, such as the Dog Fight Position, Single Leg X, etc.
