Watch this group rotation sparring session during the competition class. Two athletes alternate every minute, while one remains in the center throughout the entire round.

Sarah Galvao(Purple Belt), Lillian Marchand(Purple Belt), and Jadeya Reber(Purple Belt) take turns fighting for 8 minutes. Each one fights for 1 minute before the next person takes over. They keep switching like this until the time is over.
