Ajay James, a former Navy SEAL, delivers a powerful motivational speech at the Atos Jiu-Jitsu competition class. Ajay began his martial arts journey at 14, mastering disciplines such as Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu. Driven by the Navy SEALs' storied history and intense physical challenges, he pursued his dream despite obstacles like gaining American citizenship (he is from Trinidad and Tobago), and learning to swim. Ajay joined the Navy SEALs in 2001 and served for over 20 years, evolving into a mentor and actor.
