Watch this group rotation sparring session during the competition class. Two athletes alternate every minute, while one remains in the center throughout the entire round.

Ronaldo Jr.(Black Belt), Rolando Samson(Black Belt), And Luan Marques(Purple Belt) take turns fighting for 8 minutes. Each one fights for 1 minute before the next person takes over. They keep switching like this until the time is over.

Rolando Samson received his black belt from Andre Galvao in June 2017. He is 2x IBJJF World No-Gi Champion, an IBJJF World Champion, and a UAEJJF Abu Dhabi Pro Champion (all during his colored belts).
