Atos HQ black belt Nisar Loynab teaches Side Smash Pass from Knee Shield to Mount or Side Control, during the Basic No-Gi class on 01/15/2018.

Nisar Loynab received his black belt from Andre Galvao in February 2018. He is an IBJJF San Diego Spring Open Champion; a IBJJF Las Vegas Summer Open Champion; and a IBJJF Portland Open Champion. He is also one of Atos HQ’s top kid’s instructors.
