K Guard & 50/50 Guard
During the week of July 17th - 21st, the Atos instructors were focusing on two guard variations: the K Guard and the 50/50 Guard. During this training week, students at Atos honed their skills in these guard techniques, learning intricate sweeps, submissions, and transitions to enhance their ground game and overall grappling proficiency. With the expert guidance of Atos instructors, attendees gained valuable insights and practical knowledge to elevate their Jiu-Jitsu expertise.
