Guard Retention Tactics
This collection covered various techniques to prevent guard passes, improve defensive posture, and utilize efficient movements to regain control when opponents attempt to advance. The instructions emphasized both conceptual understanding and practical drills, helping the students develop a resilient guard game. These classes were created for all levels to enhance the ability to retain guard during sparring and competition. Classes taken between September 2nd and 6th, 2024. Enjoy!
