Atos HQ black belt Josh Hinger teaches Arm Drag from Closed Guard to Rolling Arm Bar, during the Fundamentals class on 07/23/2019.

Josh Hinger received his black belt from Andre Galvao in December 2013. He is a 3x IBJJF Black Belt World No-Gi Champion; a 2x IBJJF Black Belt American Nationals Champion (double-gold) and an ADCC West Coast Trials Champion. He is also one of Atos HQ’s top kid’s instructors.
