The jiu-jitsu fight only starts when somebody moves (action). And from this point forward, it is all about action reaction. What is a reaction? The dictionary defines it as your ability to think and act quickly in a difficult or dangerous situation. Action can be a BJJ opponent making a move against you.
Andre Galvao has earned his reputation as one of the best and most exciting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champions of all time. Now, he brings his training methods to the public Atos BJJ On Demand: The Best Jiu-Jitsu Tool to Level Up your Jiu-Jitsu. If you want to move like Galvao, submit like Galvao and win like Galvao, this is the APP. Galvao has 6 IBJJF World Championship titles, 10 IBJJF Pan American Championships, and 6 ADCC World Championship titles (4x as the ADCC Super Fight Champion). He received his black belt from Luis “Careca” Dagmar, having also worked extensively with Fernando Terere. Galvao is also a former mixed martial artist, with an MMA record of 5-2-0, before he retired to lead the Atos Jiu-Jitsu Academy's Headquarters in San Diego, California.
Today, Atos is considered one of the best jiu-jitsu academies in the world, producing World Champion athletes at all levels, from juvenile and white belt all the way to black belt. Galvao's mission with Atos BJJ On Demand is to share the lessons, and experiences he has acquired competing and coaching over the years.
